Abstract

Dear colleagues, friends, students, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the panel organized by International Relations Council (IRC) of Turkey on International Relations studies and education in Turkey. This is actually a follow-up panel to the two-day workshop, organized by the Faculty of Political Science of Ankara University, together with the IRC, in Ilgaz in April 2005 on the same topic.
