Abstract

The state, undoubtedly, is one of the most debated institutions in terms of its existence, formation, role, or the necessity of its existence or non-existence. Especially in the modern approach based on Max Weber, the state continues to be discussed in a theoretical and conceptual framework that many philosophers and politicians have been involved in since the ancient Greek thinkers.
